Major function and purpose of the position
The benefits administrator position is responsible for planning and carrying out the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending plan, and 401(k) plan). The benefits administrator also provides excellent customer service, and provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide independent, objective compliance testing support across the organization. The Staff Auditor is responsible for supporting the SOX Compliance Program and working with process and control owners on implementation, execution and compliance with identified key controls. The Staff Auditor assists in the development, monitoring/ update and execution of the SOX Compliance program and related supporting documentation. The Staff Auditor assists in the development of documentation detailing audit status and results to management to facilitate internal communication and execution of any remediation required by process and control owners.
The Staff Auditor reports to the Manager, SOX Compliance and works collaboratively with business process owners bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control.
Additionally, the Staff Auditor supports the performance of internal audit assignments of the Company, as needed.
