Major function and purpose of the position
The benefits administrator position is responsible for planning and carrying out the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending plan, and 401(k) plan). The benefits administrator also provides excellent customer service, and provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or human resource management, with at least five (5) years of experience in benefits administration.
